seem just perfect for this: you have more free time, you are relaxed, you don’t really have to rush.

Nowadays, weekends are a blessing for uber-busy people. It’s easy to see on Monday mornings. My Facebook feed is then full of “I hate Mondays” – style pictures and memes. We’re so looking forward to the next Friday that we tend to forget how important it is to be able to enjoy every day of our life. I must admit though, it’s easier to start all improvements during weekends.

Here are 10 simple things you can do during weekends to improve your life:

1. Make time to relax.
It’s important to finally say “stop” when you are busy 24 hours a day, five days a week. If you don’t do this, your body will remind you at the least expected moment. Then, there will be no excuses. Get some good rest but don’t oversleep. Follow your inner rhythm.

2. Cut down on technology.
I know. It’s almost impossible these days but at least you can try, right? Put away your laptop, tablet and other electronic devices. Live offline for a while. Not only will this boost your creativity but your closest ones will be happier to have 100% of YOU. Speaking of which…

3. Spend time with your family and friends.
I bet you feel like you don’t spend enough quality time with your family and friends. How would it be possible for some of you who leave the office around 8 or 9pm? Tough times we live in. The lucky ones who work from home or have flexible schedule will not complain so much. The rest can simply make it up to their families during weekends.

4. Explore new places.
Spending time during weekends the same way over and over again might get boring. Do something new, something unusual, even crazy. Go out and explore new places, meet new people. You may check your local callendar and find some interesting events.

5. Excersise.This is so much important! Everybody needs it but we usually have no time for this during the week. Go for a jogging, to a gym or swimming. This will refresh your mind and make your weekend a great time of fun. And how many great ideas come to your mind while excersising.

So don’t bother about wasting time during weekend. This is your time and time for you. Leave your work for a two days and let your weekend become a great adventure.
